Step One: Understanding Marketplace Dynamics
Deep research to define workflows, understand local provider pain points, and map out the user journey from discovery to payment. We analyzed competitor friction points to ensure Cadooga stayed simpler.

Step Two: Figma Prototyping & Visual Design
We created high-fidelity Figma prototypes and interactive designs to validate UX and visual direction. This included component libraries, responsive layouts, and clickable prototypes for stakeholder review.

Step Three: Visual Build in Webflow & Handoff
After Figma sign-off, we translated the approved designs into a pixel‑perfect Webflow build, implemented responsive breakpoints, reusable CMS-driven components, and smooth interactions. We completed QA, performance tuning, and delivered a handoff package with Figma sources and CMS examples so Cadooga could maintain the site.
